Refund policy

Returns

You have 20 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us through our Contact Us page and include:

Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

We aim to respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Final-sale items
Opened or used beauty and personal-care products
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible product according to this policy and place a new order.
