REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yohahani2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at yohahani2@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
